Geocache Description:

Finding this cache comes with the added bonus of a serene and private view of the beautiful Bataquitos Lagoon and a chance to check out the wonderful homes and views in the classic Leucadia community of Skyloft. 

 

 

 

Getting to the cache involves a bit of stomping through some light brush and iceplant, but nothing too gnarly. Shoes are recommended though.

It's hidden in a small wedge of property between the privately owned bluff near the west end of Skyloft drive and the Monte Mira HOA property at the top of the hill. This section is public property.

Street parking is okay as long as you park near the sidewalk.

After you find the cache, take a minute to check out what appears to be the remnants of a teenager's nearby fort complete with chairs, a table and the occasional random undergarment strewn about the iceplant. Please be respectful of what is clearly a place that some resourceful teens don't want their parents to know about :)
