WALMART PERMISSION
Greetings fellow geocacher,
Looks like this one is at a Walmart shopping center. Corporate policy prohibits the placing of caches without express permission from the manager.
In a reviewer note (note to the reviewer) please provide the following as it will be needed from the person that you received permission for this cache.
The reason we ask for a title is to ensure that the person giving such permission has the authority to do so.
We place that information in a hidden note to keep with the cache just in case any future issues should occur. This information is not seen by the public.
Also, if you have not already done so why don't you include the following in your cache description? Geocachers like to know that permission has been given to be where they are looking.

Do not place the person's contact information in the description, only in the note to the reviewer.
