My_Ashke: The final did not survive the spring winds, and replacing it would likely be a series of unfortunate events. Thanks to all that found it! Time to start scoping out locations for the 2017 Pickle Cache!

What could be more fun than peering through prickly pine branches searching for a pendulous pickle on a cold Wisconsin winter's day? Though the "tradition" is an American construct, it's still a fun and playful part of the holiday season. And it always makes for a funny story to tell to anyone who has a.) never heard of the tradition and/or b.) anyone who doesn't have a clue about geocaching.
As with all of our caches, this one is intended for young and eager eyes (of any age) but it should prove to be a quick outing. It's a good excuse to put on the layers of winter gear and strike out on an adventure, with the promise of hot chocolate back at home. Though the pickle should provide a bit of a challenge ( keep in mind that I hid it with the intent of preventing smug muggles from watching you out of warm office windows), the final hide should be easy enough for anyone looking for it. Please replace it carefully, though, since it's a bit more out-in-the-open than I'd prefer. I placed two FTF pickles inside in case the first to finders are working as a team. We don't want any squabbles ruining our reputation with Santa!
