Arcanum - George Markley Letterbox Hybrid

This is part of 13 letterboxes and a final, 14 total, based on the fictional book and movie called 13 Ghosts.  13 Ghosts were captured to open a portal.  However, you will be trying to crack the code the get the coordinates of the final from the ghosts.

All the 13 letterboxes are set up as a P&G cache.  However, the final will take some work to get it.  On all 13 cache pages, there are two hints within the cache page that will help you in ciphering out the language of each ghost.  But try not to be fooled, they are very clever and will do anything to trick you and prevent you from getting the final cache.

Please do not remove the rubber stamp in side cache!!!!
