The woods here have been described in the other cache listings in the series. If you are treating this as a park and grab you'll miss the beauty of them so I won't bother you with the description again.
Ive lived in the area since 1997 and the gate house hasn't been inhabited during that time. There have been several attempts at renovating it, but they all seem to fail at some point and the vandals take over. Then it gets boarded up for a while and broken into before the renovations start again.
Lets see how long a cache lasts here before someone tries to tidy it away.
