I like to go out and log a benchmark every now-and-then, so for those of you who don't really pay attention to them, I've decided to help you find a few.
This cache is one in a series that I will place near a benchmark, so when you grab one, you can grab the other at the same time.
This benchmark hasn't received very much attention, as I was just the third person to log it when I got it back in 2014, and nobody else has been there since then.
Park at the recommended coordinates, and the cache is just a few feet away on the fence line. Look to the west, down the dirt road, and you can see the location of the benchmark. Spot the large tower, and just to the left, you can see the wooden witness post and an orange survey marker. Duck under the wire and 500-some feet later, you will be there.
