It seems like every time I travel down many San Antonio roads, another shopping center, business center, or medical center is being built. This series of caches will bring you to just a few of these in my part of town.
Third in the series, this cache was placed while this center was being built. I waited quite a while before submitting it so that it could be found after all the construction workers were finished and the businesses were moved into the building.
