Head's Up Once Again Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

gunsandnoses: Lots of construction and destruction at GZ. I'm archiving this one and will try to retrieve it, if it's still there, once the building is done...or place a new one in the future. 😊

Geocache Description:

A cache to replace my hiddentreats head's up cache which was destroyed by creatures of the wild several times. Hopefully this one will be less attractive to the wildlife. ORANGE END OF CONTAINER IS SEALED. OPEN FROM OTHER END THANKS!

Thanks Desafio for opening up the spot for me :)

Might be a tricky find unless you get lucky. It's a short bushwack off the trail. You will probably see the much easier and shorter way back out after you find the cache :)

I saw a cache like this somewhere else and liked the idea. Please put back as found in its hiding spot.

The safest parking is probably at the end of Armour Rd. past the chip truck (see coordinates for parking). You can then walk over the new pedestrian bridge and access the cache area from the trail that follows the east side of the canal. From the old out of commission swing bridge you are less than 100m away. Be sure to walk to the end of the trail to enjoy the view of the canal. Have fun!

Keep an eye out for poison ivy, it's common in this area.

Parking at Trent is strictly enforced, so don't park in a no parking zone!
