Geocache Description:

The price is right is a tribute to a long standing game show that aired on 3 major networks.  This cache was made to resemble one of its popular games and in this game everybodys a WINNER!!

The original version of The Price Is Right broadcasted on NBC, then later switched to ABC.  It ran from November 26, 1956 to September 3, 1965, hosted by Bill Cullin.  It is currently being broadcast on CBS and hosted by Drew Carey.  Thats right it has broadcast on all 3 of the MAJOR networks.  The most popular host by far was Bob Barker.  Barker hosted The Price Is Right from September 4, 1972 to June 15, 2007.  During his 35 years as host, Barker won numerous awards and honors including Daytime Emmy and Lifetime achievment award. Barker had a quest, at the end of every show he reminded his veiwers: TO _____ AND______YOUR________!!  If you can not fill in the blanks you need to ask an older person or start working your smart phone (TO THE GOOGLE). 2 of the 3 blanks will fit the side coded lock but only 1 will allow you access to the game inside. This game is my interpretation of a game that debuted on January 3, 1983 on the price is right. It was created by the late executive producer Frank Wayne. After winning the game you will receive the code for the bottom lock. It was named for the sound the game makes. It is the most popular game on the show, I hope you enjoy it.  Good luck and may the odds be ever in favor, let the game begin.
