This cache is located beside a recycling bring centre. Geocaching promotes respecting the environment and helping to reduce our foot print. The cache in trash out policy is part of this environmental protection So concider bringing a small bag with you while caching and pick up a few peices of rubbish at each GZ. Even just picking up 3 things at each cache will go a long way towards keeping the area clean.
This cache is located beside a recycling bring centre located just under the M1 motorway bridge. ***IT IS NOT ON THE MOTORWAY AND THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE CACHE FROM THE MOTORWAY***. The bring centre is operated by the local county council which offers a clean dumping facility for home owners to responsibly get rid of unwanted waste. It's free of charge for alot of recyclable types of rubbish and there is only a very small charge approx €8 for a car boot or €16 for a full car load of other types of rubbish like old sofas, beds, wood metal eltrical etc etc. There really is no excuse for anyone to dump such items in our lovely caching spots.
