This is a quick cache and you will fit right in if you are walking a dog ... probably since my dog likes to stop here to "smell the flowers".
I thought that I would place a cache where I walk regularly... when the weather is nicer.
A TOTT might be needed but you should be able to do it without. It just depends how evil the last finder was.
