Arrival time starts at 11am with registration and social time at the Nature Center (posted coordinates). The event's namesake takes place at 11:30am and is followed by a chili dump dinner at 4:30pm. Cachers are invited to donate prizes anytime, should they wish to contribute
Indiana Dunes State Park offers many amenities for all to enjoy. Prepare for anything weather wise! While the event is free, standard daily and annual gate fees are $7/$50 for in-state and $12/$70 out of state visitors. Winter visitors can enjoy cross-country skiing, camping, hiking, snowshoeing, birding, a full service Nature Center, and of course geocaching!

10h Annual Chili Dump!
Bring your favorite chili dish to dump into the kettle. We'll slow heat it all day over an open fire for dinner later. The last nine year's chili has been delicious after a cold day in the field! Hot drinks will be available in the Nature Center all day to warm you up. Bring any other drinks you may want. Bowls and spoons provided
