"You Can't Roller Skate __ _ _______ ____" was a Top 40 hit for singer/songwriter Roger Miller in 1966. If you can complete the lyric, you've got a leg up on solving the theme of the caches published for the event run.  

The song is a silly, yet poignant proclamation that happiness is a choice.
