A lesson in Poison Ivy here.
Don't touch the hairy rope. Seriously. Or anything that grows off of it. All poison ivy. This little patch of woods has a serious infestation of hairy rope P.I. Look how it grows up the trees here, a parasite. All those branches coming off those trees, poison ivy limbs reaching out to touch you. Take a minute and carefully observe it, study it. Hairy rope is easily identifiable once you learn what it looks like. Good field study here.
The small cache is hidden on the ONLY tree here without hairy rope. I looked around it carefully, you're safe by the cache.
