Geocache Description:

The cache is not located at the above listed coordinates.

William Anderson Cawthorne [1825 – 1897] arrived in South Australia with his parents in 1841, aged 16. He taught in a number of schools around Adelaide over the next two decades including, as Headmaster, at Pulteney Grammar School from 1852 to 1855.
Who Killed Cockatoo? by WAC was originally published in 1862 as a small pamphlet. An advertisement in the Critic on 27 November 1862 recommended the purchase of this neatly printed pamphlet 'to familiarise nursery folk with the animated nature of the colony', for a trifling expenditure of 6d.
It was based on the old nursery rhyme 'Who killed Cock Robin' and the book is considered to be the first illustrated book for children published in Australia. Both the text and the illustrations are by William Anderson Cawthorne.

I recommend you peruse the entire poem then go find the cache. The cache is located at:

The cache is only small (no room for swaps) so bring your own pencil and a tool to extract the log.
Please ensure you aren’t seen retrieving or replacing the cache. (Muggles can be frequent!)
Please ensure the container is closed properly and placed back properly to prevent muggling.

Good luck!
