You cannot get to the Pillbox as it is a Farmers Field nor is it in or on the box.

Pillbox was installed to protect RAF St Athan.

Official designation: fw3/22.

The Type 22 Pillbox was essentially designed for use by riflemen. Gun Loops splayed to the outside some of these Loops are sometimes found to be completely pre-fabricated units anything up to two feet square
(60 x 60cm) and simply inserted into the framework.
