Four-Letter Words Mystery Cache

Find the four-letter word for each clue and then enter its letters in the four squares surrounding the number of the clue.  The word can start in any of the four squares and be read either clockwise or counter-clockwise.  The first word is entered to give you a starting point.

When completed, re-assemble the 24 letters in the top and bottom rows and far left and far right columns to form four words that form a sort-of logical statement related to boozing, with four consonants left over.  By adding two identical vowels to those left-over four letters make a six-letter noun. 

Call the sum of the alpha-numeric equivalents (A=1, B=2, etc.) of the first three words of the boozy statement A and call the sum of the last, and largest, word of the statement, plus the six-letter noun, B.  The last four digits of the cache’s N and W coordinates are A x 25.6462 and B x 9.3158 (rounded) respectively.
