Barring any horrendous blizzards or incapacitating injuries, January 17th will mark a streak of almost exactly 1/3 of a year of daily caching! On September 18th Barasaur hosted an event hike up Miller's Rock, in Colorado. Between the hike and the caches that Team Tiger Pride and I found on the way back to Wyoming, I logged a personal daily best of 33 caches. Inspired by that day, I decided to cache the next day, as well. And the next day, and the one after that...until now, thanks to the advice and support of many caching friends (and my non-caching but wonderfully supportive wife), I will be marking a full third of a year!
We'll be reserving an area for all to gather and share the usual tips and geo-caching horror stories. ;)
In your "Will Attend" log, please include the number of people in your party so that we can advise the restaurant appropriately.
As with most such events, you are not required to purchase anything, although the food here is quite good. I'll be posting a note here when I show up detailing where we are, so you won't have to be looking all over the restaurant.
Please remember at this event the food and drinks will not be provided by the hosts. If you want to eat and drink it will be your responsibility to pay your own bill.
