You do not have to attempt this cache, and you'll get the same smiley face for finding a rusty Eclipse mint tin or fake chewing gum in a bus shelter anyway, so why bother? But, if for some reason you do decide to go for it, here's some advice...
Special equipment is not required, however a funambulist's pole might be helpful! We also suggest bringing a fishing rod as a decoy as there is a very strong chance you will have an audience. Choose your time wisely. If there are big seas, then go and find that fake chewing gum instead!
It's just a question of balance, but be safe, be sensible, and most of all, have fun!
About the cache:
This cache is a replacement of the original GC6R1GQ Pure Evil #2: Balance Beam. Due to crazy fishermen regularly frequenting GZ far more than anticipated, we have decided to now turn it into a simple offset multi. The published coordinates are still exactly the same but instead of looking for a cache you will now need to read a nearby sign and do some calculations...
You are looking for a small sign (100mm x 50mm) with 5 words on it. Hint: The sign is out of reach from fishermen!
Using the corresponding number value of the letters on the sign (a=1, b=2, c=3 etc.), work out the following:
A = The 5th letter of the 3rd word
B = The 1st letter of the 2nd word
C = The 8th letter of the 1st word
D = The 1st letter of the 3rd word
E = The 3rd letter of the 1st word
F = The 2nd letter of the 4th word
The cache can be found at:

UPDATE (16 NOV 2022) - Subtract 003 from the South minutes. Add 001 to the East minutes (5 metres from original location)
Many thanks to Wazza9 for placing a new container - the old one is most likely still there but consumed by masses of pigface!
Good luck!
