Geocache Description:

In the 1950 there was a roller rink north west of this spot. Was later torn down and the flooring placed in a local church.

Magnetic key holder. Skating rink hill is the big hill halfway between Milan and where 101/50 meet. The skating rink sat pretty much directly across from the house that still is there on that side road that is there. Grandpa Smith opened it around 1950 and closed it in 1958. He closed it because it needed a new floor. That same old flooring was used at the church at penntown and the lumber was used at our house up the hill towards Milan. Grandpa farmed 123 acres there.
