At certain times, this area is highly muggle-infested. Best to try to grab this cache in the off season, or maybe early on a weekday. At those times you'll find a lot of parking available, and you'll be pretty much all alone if you get up with the sun and head on downtown to make this grab quickly. Across the street you'll see some great sculptures of our local residents made entirely from driftwood, and you can grab a quick breakfast treat just down the block and around the corner at the place where the submarines race!
