0ptitron's first hide Mystery Cache

Hi, This is my first Geocache hide. I havent found a ton (17 as of today) nor have I solved many puzzles.  The puzzle isn't too hard to solve and the cache isn't too hard to find.

The Cache is not at the posted Coordinates 

This is a very easy puzzle to solve. I showed it to a few friends and they were able to solve bits and pieces of it. Its so simple Ill give you the coordinates. Remember: The first number determines the placement of each digit. Make sure everything lines up.
