The railroad paralleled Knox Avenue here.
The railroad connected to Constance to the east and beyond. From here the rail line only ran to the west a little past the current Crofton Elevator Inc. buildings. At one time there was a small wooden depot building and since this was the end of the line, a round house. At the round house the locomotives were turned around to head back east. At its busiest, there were as many as six trains a day.
