This is a simple 2 stage multi. GZ should take you to a bronze plaque commemorating (Y) years of Railroad History in Pinole. This plaque was dedicated on (¿Date?). For X, convert the month to its numerical equivalent and then add all the digits of this date together to get a 2 digit total.
