Cap'm bones, and The Little Landing Devil were together here for a birthday party last year, and their parents Hop Hop Hooray and the Roxbury Devil thought it great to have a New Year's Eve event here to send off 2016. Not to be outdone, the kids wanted to participate as well. Placing a geocache was the obvious solution, so we got to work on creating a cache container, and finding a hiding spot!
This establishment has been a family run business since the 1940's, and is one of the few left in the State of New Jersey period. Going back to the 70's and 80's these places were still numerous in northern New Jersey, but most succumbed to selling off the properties for other businesses, malls, offices, etc... but not here. This place brings you back to a time when electronics were not needed to have fun, and you simply had a night out with friends.
Plenty of parking is available. Just watch out for the muggles, as they can be around at certain times of the day/week. The owners have given permission to have this geocache placed on their property.
