A new trackup behind the water reservoir at the end of Pacific Road.
The Poles Walk is a beautiful hike up a ridge and then down another ridge through native bush and old pines.
At the top you will uncover a spectacular veiw over Waihi Beach and beyond. Quite a good walk for thoes who'd like to get off the beaten track and explore somewhere new.
The Council are billing this as the best walk at Waihi Beach.
There are some steep parts with lots of steps
Mind kids as the track can be slippy.
It is a new formed Track.
