Geocache Description:

A bug box on the West Coast road. Not quite a "park and grab". Rather than pulling over on a busy highway probably better to go via the village.

Castle Hill is on Highway 73 the main highway across the South Island through Arthur's Pass from Canterbury to the West Coast.

This village is a collection of holiday houses mainly owned by Christchurch people, with some permanent residents. There are no shops or cafes. But you can charge electric cars at the village hall where there is a public toilet.

I have placed this cache to drop off your travel bugs if you are passing through on your travels. I have tucked it away in a bush at the edge of the village hopefully away from prying eyes and playful kids. Go via the village entry to the end of Frizzell Court. Long grass and a few bushes, terrain mild. Please leave tucked away.
