Marko Ramius: It appears the cache owner is inactive and, despite the replacement, there needs to be someone officially in charge of cache maintenance. As a result, I must regretfully archive it.
Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.
