Doktor je vodja sedmih palčkov. Njegov lik v začetku ni bil prisoten,v zgodbo so ga dodali šele leta 1935 in povezali z likom Godrnjavčka. Vedno sta si v laseh. Zanimivo je, da so iz celovečernega filma izrezali filmsko sekvenco, kjer se Doktor in Godrnjavček spreta in stepeta okrog tega, ali lahko Sneguljčica ostane pri njih ali ne. Izrezan prizor se lahko vidi na drugem disku Platinaste DVD izdaje Sneguljčice in sedem palčkov.
Doktor je vodja palčkov, zato je on pod skril ploščico s končnimi koordinatami.
Doc is the leader of the seven dwarfs. Doc was not present in the original November 1935 story outline of the film Robert D. Field, "The Art of Walt Disney". Several months later, his role in the film, and his relationship with Grumpy was established.
A sequence when Doc confronts Grumpy and demands that he let Snow White stay, but Grumpy continues to refuse and the two dwarfs walk up to each other, eventually hurting themselves by squashing their bulbous noses against each other, was fully animated was ultimately cut as it was felt to detract from the story.
