This cache is part of the Virginia State Parks Get L.O.S.T. (Listen, Observe, Sense, Try) geocaching adventure. Each state park has a cache for this series, each with a unique collector’s card. There are small prizes for finding 5, 10, 20, and ALL of the caches. Most parks require a small parking fee while geocaching. This cache is a medium sized, clear lock-n-lock style container with a log book, pencil and collector’s card.
This cache can be found along the Goodwin Lake Trail. The trail is an easy difficulty with some mild elevation chagnes. There are not staris, but wheelchair and stroller accessibility is limited. Bikes are prohibited.
