Update note 1/13/2018. Several people recently reported DNF on this one. Eurotrekkers2 did a hard target search and discovered the container laying on the ground nearby. They kindly replaced it in its proper setting, so I'll enable the cache again. Good Hunting. This is another beach microcache, but this time we haven't hidden it in the dunes. We spend lots of time down at this beach with the dogs when the weather is nice, and there are agates to be found if you search around at low tide. During the busy tourist summer months there are plenty of muggles about, so if you prefer to do your geocache hunting in fine weather, be prepared for some company and use the appropriate level of stealth! Lots of people seem to have trouble with this cache because of confusing clues. The cache is NOT actually on the beach. It used to be in a crack between rocks, but last year's high storm tides removed it less than a month after it had been placed, so I replaced it in a more secure location. Follow your GPS, and when you are sitting on the bench near the coordinates, you are near enough to use your cache sense to find this one within 25' of the bench. Look for a bison tube. BYOP and as always, CITO, please. . Happy Beach Hunting!
