It is a small container just room for a log and possibly a small trinket or two. BYOP.

This was placed in what is to be a new mega neighborhood roughly 6000 houses will be here once complete. It is placed at the welcome / community center. While here take a walk around and see all the stuff that they have set up for the community. There may be muggles present at times.
