Yes, this cache is indeed part of the Hull Street Hide & Seek series (how could it not be?). So why in the world is it not on Hull Street? You will have your answer upon arriving at GZ, of course. This cache has been placed with the permission from the local establishment and they know exactly where it is hidden...but you won't need their help finding the cache (you only need their help if you go inside to stock up on caching supplies :) Use your best stealth and replace exactly where it should be.
