[SVE] Guldheden är en central stadsdel, men är rikligt begåvad med tomma ytor, både vackra och fula. Trots att Wavrinskys plats är en knutpunkt för kollektivtrafik, vilket borde dra till sig byggnader, finns just här flera tomma tomter.

[ENG] Guldheden is a central part of the city, but is richly endowed with empty spaces, both nice and ugly. In spite of Wavrinskys plats being a junction for public transport, which should pull buildings to it, there are a number of empty plots here.
