Industry? What Industry?

Folks often pass through Industry, Texas and find themselves looking around for factories and mills or iron and steel structures somewhere. They would have to turn back their clocks to the 1800's to see all the industries the town was named after. Industry began with tobacco farming and cigar making and then moved on to cotton and ranching. Our geocache "sits" on property once occupied by 2 generations of cotton ginning. Now you know how the town got its name!
