Out for a Sunday caching day with Hitman9956 (Suli) around the Wirral to pick up a few more Dee's Dawdles and any extra caches we passed along the way. The weather was kind to us staying sunny ☀️ all day and hot 🥵. We found a good variety of caches during the day 😁.

This flipping puzzle has had me scratching my head and cursing for years, after a chat with a fellow cacher at a recent KT event, I had another look at this one, knowing I was due to revisit the area. After some more cursing 🤬, I finally got the green light from the checker 🎉. I talked Suli into taking a detour to come and look for this one while in the area 😁.

We parked up safely along the road and walked to gz to be greeted with a forest of brambles and nettles, that stung and scratched and caused yet more cursing 🤬. After realising we were losing the battle, Suli kindly wandered back to the car 🚘 to retrieve the secateurs and we both set about chopping down the overgrown attackers 😠.

With a gap in the brambles, I climbed over and starting a fingertip search as the cache was smaller than expected 🤷‍♀️. After a bit more cursing 🤬 as brambles still scratch me, I finally had the cache in hand 👏🏻. The cache and log book are in good order for a 5 year Resus 🥳. Log book signed 74hit to save valuable space and returned as found 😁.

Favourite ❤️ point awarded for the frustration of solving and finding of this cache, which I finally have a smiley yellow face for on my map 😁.

TB’s in my possession dipped to accumulate mileage 😁.
