Behind cache site is Butlins Holiday Camp which opened in the 1950s and is still going strong. Most of the old wooden chalets have been replaced with modern hotels. Opposite here is the entrance to Hotham Park which is worth a stroll, and where you might pick up another cache! Also opposite is St Juliana's Servite Convent which was built in 1987 on the old playing fields of Villa Maria Catholic secondary school for girls which was located in nearby Campbell Road and had been run by the Servite Sisters until it closed in the 1980s. The old school buildings were demolished and flats built on the site, so there is nothing left to see of the school.
