Geocache Description:

My son Caden (8) and my daughter Holly (9) have just started geocaching last year. Specifically, they really enjoy finding caches with trinkets in them that they can trade out. This easy-to-find cache is large enough that kids can trade little toys with one another.

Holly and Caden's cousin is quite young and for a long time he couldn't separate their names. He referred to them as a singular entity, Haw-Kay. And that is where the name of this cache -- the first cache we've hidden -- came from.

The cache is in a pleasant little area near a bridge. There are a number of downed logs without too much brush, which make this a great place for for children to explore and play... But parents should be aware of the cliffs a little further along the trail and keep the kidos away from them.

Holly and Caden have requested that children take pictures of themselves holding the cache and that they post the photos to the cache activity thread. This request is -- of course -- entirely optional and you certainly don't have to post photos online to enjoy the cache.

Have fun in our cool local park!
