Il ponte Maranghetto
[IT]Il ponte Maranghetto è un vecchio ponte a bilanciere, a pochi chilometri dalle località di San Giorgio e La Salute di Livenza (VE). Il ponte era in funzione fino a circa trent’anni fa ed è stato chiuso da quando è stata costruita la nuova strada SP42 Jesolana. Era un ponte apribile manualmente, che permetteva il passaggio delle imbarcazioni sul fiume Lèmene, un fiume di risorgiva che sbocca vicino a Portogruaro.
Purtroppo il ponte è stato lasciato all’incuria del tempo e la via navigabile non è più utilizzata (da notare a tal proposito le briccole sul fiume Lèmene ,in stato di abbandono, le quali servivano appunto a indicare le vie d’acqua segnalando alle imbarcazioni i punti navigabili senza rischi).
[EN] The Maranghetto bridge is an old balance bridge. It is located a few kilometers from the towns of San Giorgio and La Salute di Livenza (VE). The bridge was in operation until about thirty years ago and has been closed since it was built the new road SP42 Jesolana. It was an opening deck manually, allowing the passage of boats on the river Lemene, a resurgence river that flows near Portogruaro.
Unfortunately the bridge was left to carelessness of time and the waterway is no longer used (to notice in this regard the abandoned mooring posts on the Lemene river, which in fact served to indicate the waterways, signaling to boats the risk-free navigable points).
