This puzzle and challenge cache is shamelessly copied from Xklondike's It's Not Nice to Fool Mother Nature Challenge (GC4T2ME). The cache is Not at the posted coordinates. You must solve the following puzzle to get the correct cache coordinates plus you must meet the challenge of having attended 10 CITO events.
Mother Nature often gets dirtied and mistreated, but one way to help her out is through participation in a CITO (Cache In Trash Out) event, and performing CITO whenever you're out caching. Check out this link (click) for different types of CITO activities and upcoming CITO events.
Rules
* You may visit the cache, sign the log, and post a note at any time.
* Just like any challenge cache, you must find the cache, sign its log, and meet the challenge requirement before you can claim a find.
* Your find log must list the CITO events attended, referencing the GC numbers and dates
* There are no date restrictions to these requirements. All prior CITO activities count, and you may have already met the challenge.
