Pat Harrington
Daniel Patrick Harrington Jr. (13 August 1929 - 6 January 2010) was an American voice, stage, and television actor, best known for his role as building superintendent "Dwayne F. Schneider" on the CBS sitcom One Day at a Time. He won both an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award for his work on the series, and played Schneider in a series of commercials in the late 1980s for Trak Auto Parts after the show ended.
He died in New York at the age of 86, from complications of Alzheimer's disease after a small brain hemorrhage.
