Geocache Description:

A focal point for parochial history!

Tweezers required

In the village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant in the county of Powys, Mid Wales. Famous for many things, not least the Pistyll Rhaeadr (waterfall); William Morgan, the Bishop who translated the Bible into Welsh, and as location for the film The Englishman Who Went up a Hill but Came down a Mountain.

Best place to park is in the centre of the village near local amenities and walk from there.

Be careful of traffic as cache is near the road and then after take advantage of a beautiful walk along the nearby bridle path back towards the village through St Dogfan's church.
