From the viewpoint you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Strait of Gibraltar. In the background you can see the coast of Africa and in the foreground the town of Tarifa and its beautiful beaches. On days with good visibility you can see the City of Tangiers and the Rif mountains.
Toda esta zona de singular belleza se encuentra enclavada en el Parque Natural del Estrecho. Este es un espacio natural que se extiende desde Algeciras hasta Punta Camarinal, junto a la Ensenada de Bolonia. El parque alberga una gran diversidad de seres vivos tanto terrestres como acuáticos y zonas de alto valor geológico, paisajístico e histórico. La relación del ser humano con el medio nos deja igualmente usos y tradiciones que aún se conservan y que hay que proteger.
Esta zona está enclavada entre dos mares y entre dos continentes, lo que hace de ella un lugar inigualable, lugar de confluencia de mundos diferentes, y lugar de paso de numerosos seres vivos.

This area of singular beauty is the core of the Natural Park of the Straight. This park extends from Algeciras to Camarinal Point, near the Bay of Bolonia. The park is home to a diverse range of terrestiral and aquatic species y areas of high geological, geographical and historical value. The relationship between humans and this particular environment has left us with traditional uses which should be protected.
This zone is located between two oceans and two continents, which makes it unique, a place where worlds collide and where numerous beings pass.
