A simple 1stage multi along the Mahinapua Walkway

At the posted coordinates there is an 'object' with some writing on it.
Use this information to get the numbers you need to find the cache location.

A = The amount of letters in the lower case quotations
B = The amount of letters in the thing that was borrowed.
C = How many times does the word at appear on the object?
D = The amount of letters in the only word conatining an X
E = The number of times a line ends with the letter E (either upper or lower case)
