I have a geocacher and a sculpter/artist that live within blocks of me. Both are good people who deserve recognition for their contributions and improvement in the field
The puzzle focuses on the Geocacher of course and the cache itself on the artist. The Cacher is our Navy Friend VE3RCN and the artist is Roger Shaffer. There's not much information about our artist Roger but RCN aka Homer has provided plenty for us to read about him.

There is no need to climb, lean or touch the sculpture to find this cache. The home owner and artist that lives here is fully aware the cache is here so no need to look stealthy (suspicious).
