This cache is located on a walking trail that many people do not know exists. There is a fence/gate at the beginning of the trail but it is to restrict vehicle traffic. The trail is open to the general public. There is no fee to visit this park!
The trail is to the left (if you're facing the lake). You'll notice openings to the left and right sides of the gate, for pedestrian traffic.
FYI: The brick building to the left of the lake is the Covington Police Department's firing range, if you hear gunfire, it's alright, they're not shooting at you!
What's in the box you ask? A smiley of course! You just have to figure out how to claim it!
This gadget cache isn't too difficult to figure out, you just need the right "tool" after enjoying enjoy a short hike, along the trail, around the lake!
