Geocache Description:

Welcome to my underused tool-of-the-trade series!

I had to get a tool specifically for a cache very close to here.  I enjoyed using it.  I think it is a great way to leave hints in areas where something more noticeable could be muggled, or it would just be just too difficult to place.

Update 7/25/21: Changed the first stage location and hint.

As the title and summary imply, there is a special tool required.  Please go to the attributes if you haven't figured out yet what it is. The final three digits for north and west coordinates are hidden at the given location.
