No Sur, Don’t lift my Skirt Traditional Cache

This was my first year actively geocaching in the winter and I decided this area needed more winter friendly geocaches. LOL

I also like to look for handicap accessible locations for those who are terrain challenged whether from injury, illness, age or simply short on time and this is one.

Big Sur is gone, but the building and parking lot remains.

I personally prefer large geocaches in the woods, but there needs to be urban geocaches as well and the container needs to adapt to the environment so that they are not interfered with by muggles. Thus, sometimes they can’t be big enough for TBs, swag or even writing utensils, but they keep the game alive and give geocachers some numbers, especially in the winter months. This is one such. Make sure to bring your own writing utensil, be subtle when removing the geocache and signing it. Please replace the cache as you discovered it so other geocachers can enjoy the game as well.
