I find it sad to see big empty buildings and closed businesses like this. The area grew, prospered and then suffered and shrunk with the auto industry. That heyday is not likely to ever be seen in the area again and the water issue was a cruel blow, but hopefully the Flint area will see better times. Meanwhile, we can continue to enjoy geocaching.

Winter snows will increase the difficulty of this a couple of points I'd say.

There is room for a log and some swag, but no pen. So bring your own writing utensil. There is currently a lot of construction activity directly adjacent to GZ. I'd suggest only caching after active construction hours to play safe for now.
