Update: After the postponement, we decided to try to keep the streak going until the event.

So many great memories, so many great hides, so many friggin' days...
We will be celebrating the grand finale of Our Big Caching Streak. We first got a taste in August of 2013 when Geocaching.com published a challenge to find a cache a day for a month. It turned into a second month, then we got busy and had a couple of days off, and then one day in May MrGNP couldn't stop. Most of you know how the story goes....
Finally after a year or so, MsGNP said "this can't go on forever!" and so we picked a goalpost: 1002 (cause everyone knows someone who's done 1000, and then DtB did 1001. So we picked 1002. Totally arbitrary.)
We will be raising a glass to toast the end. You are welcome to join us (the tasting fee is $4.20, but that's optional) to celebrate and to share stories of glory and gore. We have certainly experienced both during our streak and will be happy to entertain you with our woeful, wonderful and exhilarating tales of the wilderness that we've trekked through during these many many, many months.
We'll have a door prize or two, and if Lady Luck smiles upon us all there could even be a special hide nearby.
